In a series of videos on YouTube, Satish created relatable, funny satirical content about various types of people such as a teacher, engineers, a boyfriend, etc.

His central theme was pushing out “imandaar” or honest thoughts as different people. His ability to stay in character and use satire in a funny way quickly won the hearts of people. He later released several videos on topics such as ‘Imandaar Birthday’, ‘Imandaar Manager’, etc where he talked about honest facts in a comical way.

Barry John started his career as an actor and director in the United Kingdom. In the 1960s, he moved to India and became associated with the Theatre Action Group (TAG), a prominent theatre group in Delhi. He played a pivotal role in shaping the group's identity and producing notable performances.

One of Barry John's notable achievements is the establishment of the Barry John Acting Studio (formerly known as Imago Acting School) in Mumbai and Delhi. It is considered one of the most prestigious acting schools in India.
