Recently, a social media influencer named Aishwarya Khajuria experienced a shopping scam when she ordered jewelry online and received an empty cream box instead.

Khajuria shared her scam incident on Instagram through a video post. She explained that she had ordered a black butterfly bracelet from the online platform Meesho. However, when she received the delivery box, it only contained an empty cream box. She felt embarrassed and hesitant about returning the box.

In the caption of her video, Khajuria wrote, "Ok Meesho, I see you. I received a parcel. PS: Mujhe sharam arahi hai return karne me, delivery wale bhaiya sochenge ye kya hai" (I feel ashamed to return the box, the delivery man will be left wondering.)

Interestingly, this was not the first time Khajuria had experienced a delivery scam. She mentioned in the video that in the past, she had gotten old sarees and other clothes instead of her actual orders. She also noticed that the box she received had a used "Ponds" cream, which made her wonder if someone had used the cream before delivering the box.

The video got different reactions, and many people found it funny that the woman received the incorrect item. A user left a comment saying, "Hey, I laughed a lot and couldn't stop watching it. I don't know why, but your explanation and expressions are really amusing."

While this case may seem funny, it's important to remember that delivery scams can lead to significant financial losses. There have been instances where people ordered an iPhone online but received soap bars or stones instead. Although online platforms often assist with refunds and address such issues, there are cases where problems remain unresolved. Therefore, it's advisable to be cautious when shopping online and take necessary precautions to minimize such risks.
