Actress Aashika Bhatia and YouTuber Elvish Yadav have become wild card contestants on the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2, hosted by Salman Khan. They joined the show as guest judges for a captaincy task and have now entered the Bigg Boss house. Aashika Bhatia is a 24-year-old TV actress from Surat. She is best known for her roles in Hindi serials like Meera (2009) and Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi (2011). She also played Salman's half-sister in the 2015 blockbuster film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Aashika is quite popular on social media, with 6 million followers on Instagram alone.

Before entering the Bigg Boss house, Aashika posted a mysterious message on Instagram, indicating that her life was about to change significantly. “Life is about to change bigg time! Will be off social media for some time. See you on the other side❤️. Love Aashika Bhatia,” it read.

Elvish Yadav, on the other hand, is a 25-year-old YouTuber from Gurugram. He started creating content in 2016 and currently owns two channels: Elvish Yadav Vlogs, where he uploads daily videos, and Elvish Yadav, where he showcases short films he creates. Elvish has a combined audience of 15 million subscribers on his YouTube channels.

Similar to Aashika, Elvish also used social media to announce his entry into the Bigg Boss house. In a reel, he expressed his excitement about changing the dynamics of the house and encouraged his followers to support him in this new journey. “So ab time aa gaya hai ghar ka system change karne ka. So tumhara bhai.. main aa raha hu ghar ke andar ek ek ka system ko hang karne aur sabko bang karne. So see you guys there,” he said in the reel and wrote “Support Zaroor Karna” in the caption.

In other news from the Bigg Boss house, Manisha Rani became the new captain after winning the captaincy task against Avinash Sachdev. The job involved giving funny captions to pictures of fellow housemates to make them go viral. Elvish and Aashika served as judges for the task and crowned Manisha the winner, leaving Avinash disappointed and sulking in the house.
